About your role in the Marketing Team

As our Community Manager, you will play a vital role in nurturing and continue expanding our community locally in Denmark and internationally. Collaborating closely with the rest of the marketing team, and our buying, e-commerce and retail teams, your main role will be to grow our community of followers and to increase reach, engagement, and traffic to our websites and customers in our physical stores. You will also be supporting the process of seeding products to influencers and other members of our community.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the position as Community Manager will include:

• Community Engagement: Support coordination and facilitation of activities that nurture and grow our community.
• Delegation of Seeding: Identify new community members and support current community and key influencers for product seeding and coordinate the seeding process.
• Influencer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers to create authentic collaborations and extend our community reach.
• Event Coordination: Support our PR- & Marketing Coordinator with coordination and facilitation of community events, both online and offline, to engage with our audience and create memorable experiences.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze community feedback to inform future content and product development, ensuring we meet the needs and desires of our audience.
• Partnership Exploration and -Development: Identify potential partnerships with like-minded brands and organizations to co-create content, events, and other community-building activities.
• Community Support: Provide support and engagement within our online community platforms, responding to inquiries and fostering discussions that align with our brand values.
• Content Creation: Create fun and engaging content for social media platforms, such as TikTok, hosting interviews etc.

• Extrovert Energy: You experience having a drive for bringing your extrovert energy into community building and nurturing
• Community Ambitions: Ambition to be part of building and maintaining healthy relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and community members. It’s a plus if you have a well-established network already to engage.
• Creativity and Structure: You are a creative soul who work in a structured way to deliver projects efficiently and on time.
• Passion for SoMe: You love social media and always keep up with social media trends.
