How you will make an impact
As a Global Product Coordinator, you will join our team of Product Coordinators in Global Product Management. Our team coordinates the launch of new products and changes to existing products for our Danish dairies. You will be expected to:

• Work in partnership with stakeholders to deliver projects and changes according to agreed requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate the approval process on artworks, including technical approval.
• Handle requests and provide product knowledge/expertise to colleagues across the business.
• Proactively collect and use knowledge on products and packaging.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.

What will make you successful
We are looking for a candidate with a coordination gene combined with a flair for detail. You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably within Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or equivalent. Alternatively, you have solid, all-round office skills developed through several years of working within product management in a similar company. Ideally, you also have insight into the FMCG industry and are ready for a job in a large product management department. Your new workplace will be in Aarhus.

You are able to keep an overview in a hectic day, and you are comfortable working both independently and with others. You excel at prioritizing effectively, and you never compromise on quality and timely delivery, even when the pace is high and deadlines are looming. English & Danish proficiency is a must, just as good cooperating skills.

Candidates are being sought for two similar positions as maternity cover for 12 months, each reporting to a different manager, which is why both will conduct the hiring process together.
