ESG Specialist – Responsible Investment

Approach to responsible investing
Integrating sustainability through responsible investing is a cornerstone of our fiduciary duty to create value for investors and ability to support the transition to a more sustainable economy.

Working in our Responsible Investment you will enable the integration and development of our Responsible Investment approach. You will have a key role in maintaining, overseeing and enhancing our responsible investment strategy and offerings and be expected to leverage and build on your sustainability expertise within various of internal and external fora.

Specific tasks will depend on the right candidate, and you will have a significant say in forming your role. Possible work assignments may for example include:

• Contribute to the executing of our Insights & Analytics, Active Ownership, Framework & Governance as well as Climate & Nature priorities.
• Support in the development and implementation of responsible investments processes.
• Support in the execution of key responsible investment projects as well as projects relating to risk, compliance and auditing. Support in the execution of responsible investment education and seminars.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Help analyze market trends and prepare summary reports.
• Stay updated with global sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure leadership in responsible investment.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and other educational programs to continually enhance your understanding of responsible investment.

Structured, Great Communication Skills and Highly motivated
To do well in this role, we believe you should have a solid understanding of ways of working in the financial sector and with responsible investing. You are structured, flexible and fully capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. You are able to work independently, have great communication and coordination skills and enjoy working in an ever-changing work environmental.

We are looking for someone with:

• Expertise and genuine interest in the field of sustainability or asset management.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and solid prioritization skills with capacity to oversee and coordinate complex processes.
• Solid communication and influencing skills when working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
