Carlsberg's Western Europe region operates on SAP and we are planning the projects that underpin our multi-year business strategy, Accelerate Sail. As an SAP Technology Director in IIT, you will represent the CTO department and lead the Infrastructure and Technology teams within the program.

What You’ll Be Doing
As Director for Infrastructure and Technology, you will be at the forefront of the Infrastructure and Technology solutions within the program. You will lead the design and implementation of the technical solutions and as such lead the respective internal and external teams within the program.

You will be responsible for the coordination between the program and the Operations teams, making sure that design and decisions are in line with our strategy and standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Organizational anchoring of our infrastructure and technology strategy and standards within the program.
• Liaising with the respective teams from the CTO department.
• Leading the infrastructure, technology and Test and Release management teams within the program.
• Having direct responsibility for the deliveries of these teams
• Being decision and escalation point for Infrastructure and Technology matters within the program.
• Responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing the infrastructure and Technology part of the program in coordination with the program management and Business as well as System integrator 3rd parties.
• Responsibility for transitioning the program into Operations.
• Coordinating with the Operations managers to ensure they are ready to operate our future platform (knowledge, documentation, and organization).

What we’re looking for
We are seeking an experienced senior leader with a strong technical background, preferably from the FMCG industry who possesses:

• At least 10 years of experience in project management and operations.
• A good understanding of Infrastructure (Cloud, network) and SAP basis
• Proven experience with building and leading a multi-disciplined and internal team
• Communication skills to all levels and various stakeholders (program organization, internal and external teams)
• A deep passion for technology and designing forward-thinking, sustainable solutions
• An experience with SAP S4/HANA is a plus
