Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Content Producer to work closely with our performance marketing team and health coaches, supporting them by developing compelling video and image content for paid social advertisements. You will play a key role in researching top-performing ads, staying ahead of trends, and producing innovative content that drives results on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

Our ideal candidate is highly creative, has experience working on paid ad campaigns, and knows how to create engaging content that converts. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with coaches to create content that aligns with their brand and marketing goals. Responsibilities:

• Research trending and top-performing content across digital and social media channels, especially within health and fitness niches
• Collaborate with health coaches and performance marketing specialists to develop high-quality, engaging content for paid ad campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
• Work with performance data to iterate and improve content based on what drives the highest engagement and conversions
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, creative best practices, and changes in paid media platforms
• Create a variety of content formats, including video, static images, and carousel ads tailored to the specific goals of campaigns
• Assist in planning and executing creative strategies in alignment with overall paid media efforts
• Communicate with Key Account Managers and coaches to ensure alignment between content and advertising strategies
• Support the performance marketing team by providing fresh, creative ideas for optimizing paid social campaigns

Qualifications:
We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:

• At least 2-3 years of experience creating content for paid social media campaigns (TikTok, Instagram preferred)
• Proven success in driving results through paid ads, including experience with direct-response marketing
• Experience working in health, fitness, or wellness industries is a plus
• Familiarity with platforms like TikTok Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager
• Creative storytelling skills and the ability to produce engaging, on-trend content that resonates with target audiences
• A passion for working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust content for better results
• Bonus: Experience with video editing tools or graphic design software to support content creation
