About your future role
As a Financial Planner & Analyst (FP&A) at Nexi, a leading European PayTech company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making processes
- Conducting in-depth analysis of financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive business performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, understand business drivers, and provide financial guidance
- Preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate financial performance and insights to senior management
- Supporting the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads and senior leadership
- Continuously improving financial planning and analysis processes, implementing best practices and leveraging technology solutions

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with financial planning and reporting software
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations.
