Senior PIM Consultant - IMPACT

ABOUT THE JOB
As a Senior Business Analyst//PIM Consultant, you have the responsibility to advise our customers in optimizing their data and processes. You will be analyzing and configuring Product Information Management (PIM) or Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems to optimize through a well-defined strategy for business and IT architecture. You are a driving factor in securing robust and scalable solutions. With your technical knowledge, you dive into IT architecture and discuss issues with developers. You will interact with a lot of stakeholders within your workday – both customers and colleagues – which requires planning and coordination to secure the best solution and process. In this role, you will work on projects with large customers - spending time in our office in Stockholm but also on the customer site and with our colleagues in Denmark, Portugal, Serbia and India.

Your primary tasks will be:

• Advisory of customers regarding optimizations, process design, data set-up, and solutions within the master data domains
• Strategy and architecture for PIM/DAM including integration with external systems for example Middleware, ERP, DAM, PLM and CMS.
• Be able to lead a consultant team in the execution of stand-alone pre-analysis projects or larger technical implementations
• Participate in sales pitches
• Participate in cross-competency projects as a master data specialist
• Facilitate workshops, specify solutions, estimate scope
• Be a good communicator

YOUR PROFILE
We imagine that you are used to bridging IT and Business and would like to further develop those competencies. As we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst/PIM Consultant, we expect you to have some years, where you have been working with customers and advising in IT, data, reporting, business analysis, process optimization or similar.

It is a prerequisite that you have experience within:

• Change management and Stakeholder management
• Process analysis and governance
• General knowledge of IT architecture

It is an advantage if you have experience in project management and e-commerce – but not a requirement.

As a person, you have a natural flair for acquiring business knowledge and converting it to solution designs. You create structure and are systematic in a changeable workday with many different activities. You are curious – listen and ask questions, quality minded and ambitious. You are a team player and contribute to informal work culture and value open and honest communication.
