We are in the search of a new manager to lead a team of employees and multiple large teams of externals situated on-site, near- and off-shore doing development, maintenance and operations of our Engagement, sales and Order management systems.

Your new role | what will you do
You will own the systems and lead the teams to excel in delivering to our business.
You will among other things:
- Act as resource Owner and secure compliance to legal and security requirements
- Manage and lead the team to excellence
- Secure personnel growth and development plans for team members.
- Have budget and contract ownership.
- Support working in the SAFE agile framework
- Secure compliance to legal and security guidelines.
- Be delivery responsible for the team activities
- Be part of the IT Management Team.
- Be part of the Telia Denmark transition to Norlys
- You have a- or can obtain a Danish national security clearance.
You assist with identification areas for improvement, working closely with technical leads and teams to ensure the solution effectively addresses priorities and overseeing tactical execution of efforts.
- Oversee the team’s backlog of user stories and serve as a subject matter expert on features, user stories, and product capabilities
- Serve as key resource to development team to answer questions, provide clarifications, and conduct and coordinate business validation
- Assess critical issues on existing processes, perform improvements to existing capabilities and communicate consistently and clearly with all concerned parties
- Define and develop milestones to ensure alignment and visibility for team and system improvements
- Be responsible for operational and development KPIs
- Secure that all systems have updated LCM plans
Who you are | System hands on experience | stakeholder management
- You are an experienced people leader
- You have had hands on skills as a developer in the engagement, sales & order management domain
- You are familiar with developing and using APIs
- You have the overview of very complex system architectures and still see the devil in the detail
- You are fluent in Danish language
