We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented Charter Specialist for our Air Charter team in Denmark. In this role, your key responsibility is to provide comprehensive charter solutions to our clients. The Air Charter team is based in Billund. The team is on a unique growth journey and therefore needs another specialist. This is a perfect opportunity for the ambitious specialist with air cargo experience.
Air Charter Solutions
As a Charter Specialist you develop and maintain strong relationships with aircraft operators, clients, and industry partners.
Essential functions in this role:
- Provide tailored charter solutions that meet the specific needs and preferences of clients
- Negotiate charter contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and optimal terms for clients
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the charter process, including flight planning, logistics, and ground handling
- Monitor market trends and stay updated on industry developments to provide informed advice and recommendations
- Handle client inquiries and provide prompt, accurate information regarding charter options and availability
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Maintain detailed records of all charter transactions and client interactions
Exceptional negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail
This role requires extensive experience in the air cargo industry and a deep understanding of the market. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.

This is a full time (37 hours) position. We are available for our clients 24/7 so your work schedule is on a flexible basis with the possibility to work nights and weekends as well as travelling. Work-life balance is important to us, so we try to plan our activities as good as we can, but a high level of flexibility is required.
