About the job:
Our Cloud Infrastructure and Operations team provides the best cloud technologies, design, and architecture to support cloudification across KMD products.
We seek a DevOps engineer experienced in Oracle Cloud services to join our team and manage and maintain our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI Admin) and EXAData Cloud@Customer setup. The ideal candidate will also have technical skills and experience with Azure cloud and Kubernetes deployments.
We see DevOps as a strong collaboration between Development and Operations with both being part of the same agile product team. Sharing backlog and having common goals are key elements for Dev and Ops to work together to create awesome products. In our team, we are responsible for getting the most out of the cloud and the DevOps principles.
Responsibilities:
- Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and EXAData setup.
- Monitoring the Oracle Cloud ecosystem and solving related issues and incidents.
- Implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure automation.
- Building, operating, and maintaining complex cloud infrastructure for KMD products based on global Azure cloud.
- Working on cutting-edge technologies.
- Acting as SME in the DevOps area and as a sparring partner for product teams.
- Supporting cloudification across KMD products.
- Suggesting new and improving existing services and accompanying processes and procedures.
You are:
Professionally:
- 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud services.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Have DevOps and CI/CD Pipeline knowledge of principles and experience in implementation (preferably using YAML in Azure DevOps).
- Have used Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) automation including cloud deployments and on-premises (i.e. Terraform, Azure Resource Manager Templates, Ansible).
- Have a good understanding of Azure cloud core services.
- Are familiar with Kubernetes cloud deployments (AKS/EKS/GKE).
- Are experienced in PowerShell and using Git.
- Are familiar with DevOps/Agile/Scrum approach.

- Are a self-driven person experienced in working in virtual teams.
- Are a team player and consider knowledge sharing as a natural part of being professional.
- Are fluent in English, both in speaking and writing.
- Are skilled in problem-solving.
- Is great with stakeholder and expectation alignment
We will be a PERFECT match if you, additionally (aka "Nice to have"):
- Are experienced with Linux and Windows
- Know IP networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Have worked with Kubernetes resources definitions templating tools (i.e. Helm, Kustomize).
- Have used monitoring and visualization tools (i.e. Prometheus, Grafana, Telegraf).
- Have used log aggregation and search engines (i.e. ELK Stack).
- Know GitOps tools (i.e. ArgoCD, Flux).
- Know security concepts.
- Know MS SQL database administration.
- Are certified in Oracle Cloud and Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Are ready to work on 24/7 on-call shifts.
