Data Analyst for Network Infrastructure Department at Telia

We want to be better at utilizing the vast amount of data we have available. We are good at using network data to improve network quality and customer experience but want to be much better at using data for strategic input – for example when creating our network strategy and network rollout plans.

We also want to be better at correlating network data and data about our customers to ensure that the network we build supports the needs of our customers, both today and in the future. This is where you come in.

Your new role | data analyst in Infrastructure department
You will act as the point of contact and “translator” within the network infrastructure department, and between other departments such as our Digital and Analytics team and commercial teams.

You will have the overview of the different data sources we have available and use your technical and creative skills to combine the data to see new patterns. Some examples of relevant data could be network probe data, performance management data and KPIs from our mobile and fixed networks, it could be device data, billing data, and product data. We utilize a wide range of tools for analysis and visualization today, for example Qlik.

The data and insights you provide will influence the decisions made about network strategy.

A little bit about you | can you picture yourself in this | dare, care, simplify
You have a technical background, and maybe you have some knowledge of fixed and mobile networks, as well as experience with SQL and scripting. The fact that you are curious and have the willingness to learn is more important.
