We are looking for a ECO coordinator to join our team. You will be part of a dedicated team administrating and maintaining the technical documentation at the installation site.

If you have administrative experience and sense of detail you might be the person we are looking for!

How To Contribute To Our Vision
The ECO coordinator will facilitate the documentation changes and Engineering Change Management in collaboration with all levels of the organization.

In the daily work you will team-up with 1 colleague in ECO and 3 colleagues in planning. You will be a part of the Aalborg Plant Planning and Operational Procurement team with 11 colleagues.

  • Working with your assignments independently.
  • Have a strong interpersonal and intercultural people skills since you will be working with many different people and teams.
  • Have holistic approach, an analytic mindset and a strong eye for detail.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include

ECO coordinator

  • Supporting and facilitating the ECO process from Change Request creation until implementation
  • Handle tests (PTI) in production and in production routing.
  • Ensuring an efficient, transparent and compliant ECO process in accordance with regulations and guidelines
  • Facilitate weekly ECO board meetings.
  • Update and counter check of BoM
  • Update hours on the production routing.
  • Reporting of weekly key performance indicators and weekly overview of request changes
  • Work on process and tool improvements for the ECO process
  • Support with different tasks within the production planning team

Skills and background
The ideal candidate has experience within engineering change management, technical writing, or technical documentation. Experience with other documentation areas, coordination and project management is an advantage. It is also considered an advantage if you have basic knowledge in Content Management Systems (CMS) and Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) e.g. Teamcenter, SAP and Jira.

It is essential that you have excellent English and Danish skills both in writing and oral.
We will only accept candidates that are already located in Denmark.

It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations.
