Job Description

As a Student Worker in our L&D team, your role will be to provide critical support in organizing and optimizing our team’s ways of working. You will assist in managing operational tasks that help the team function smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in an organizational setting, contributing to a variety of projects and learning key professional skills.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the team's internal processes and workflows.
  • Support other colleagues responsible for managing team agendas, ensuring meetings are scheduled and prepared for effectively with a possibility to facilitate status meetings and workshops
  • Occasionally perform data analysis and consolidate reports to provide insights into the L&D activities.
  • Help consolidate and maintain the overall learning plan, tracking progress and upcoming interventions.
  • Perform other administrative tasks that support the team’s objectives.

Do you have what it takes?

  • It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.
  • Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably related to Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with handling data and performing basic analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
  • Approaching the proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
