Do you have a blend of critical thinking, leadership, and hands-on product management skills to deliver high-quality digital products that meet both business and user needs?

As a Sr Product Manager, you are leading all aspects of the development and integration of IT systems that support and enhance AM processes!

You will own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution, ensuring that the digital infrastructure is in place to support scalable and efficient AM operations.

Core Responsibilities
This role is centered on strategic leadership, communication, collaboration, and execution to deliver high-impact digital products. Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities:

Translate Business Goals to Product Strategy - Understand the overall business needs and convert them into a clear product strategy.

Set and Communicate Product Vision - Define an ambitious and clear product vision and ensure it is effectively communicated to all partners and the development team.

End-to-End Ownership - Lead the entire product lifecycle from inception to production, ensuring that the team delivers quality results aligned with business strategy.

Translate Business Objectives and User Feedback into Value - Work closely with the team to transform business objectives and insights from user feedback into outcomes that deliver value, supporting Product OKRs.

Track and Report Product-Specific critical metrics - Share regular updates on product performance through the tracking of important metrics and OKRs with relevant team members.

Construe User Needs into Actionable Stories -Use market insights and industry knowledge to convert user needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the team.

Plan for Future Product Development - Maintain and lead a product backlog that is 3 to 4 sprints ahead, ensuring continuous progression and development of the product.

Continuous Product Optimization - Continuously improve the product, optimizing it to meet the desired outcomes.

As Senior Product Manager you will be placed in a department together with other Product Managers and in close cooperation with your peers you work on supporting the digital journey of the LEGO Manufacturing area. While using your experience within digital transformation and product management discipline you support us in the journey of digital enabling business value! Furthermore, you will be part of the global digital Product Management community, here product managers meet to define best practice on the Product Management discipline, discuss opportunities and ensure the LEGO group is taking the right steps in supporting digital journey in the LEGO Group.

Additive Manufacturing can provide opportunities for innovation in the product, flexibility in the production, shorter lead times, and creating a new play value. It can increase internal agility, reduce the idea-to-market time and improve the responsiveness to demand – this is some of the reasons why Additive Manufacturing has been called out as a key strategic priority.

In this role, you are accountable for the success of your product, setting the product vision and strategy, defining objectives and key results for the product team, in close alignment with your stakeholders. You build success through people by involving your team, interacting with senior stakeholders, and leveraging your domain expertise.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Solid experience as Senior Product Manager within digital environment while working with relevant IT systems within functional expertise.
  • A proven track record of leading multi-functional teams through the full product life cycle.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, storytelling and evangelism (e.g. SCRUM)
  • Experience in informal leadership and ability to take a leading role to offer mentoring, proactively encouraging personal and professional development and achievement across the product team
  • Strong communication skills with comfort speaking with business stakeholders
  • A problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress.
  • Insight into financial methodologies and used to work with OKR frameworks.

20-30 international travel days should be expected in this role.
