We offer self-service rental of trailers and e-bikes through more than 140 partners at over 1,200 locations across Scandinavia, Germany, and the Netherlands. About the Role
As an Online Growth Manager, you will use your creativity and understanding of online marketing to drive traffic and leads through paid advertising on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. You will also develop strategies for organic growth through campaigns and referrals. The role requires you to be a hands-on individual who can execute and handle tasks at both operational and tactical levels.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Google Ads
• SEO, including Google Map listings, link-building, and ad editorials
• Email marketing, including push notifications and data management
• B2B lead generation on Meta/LinkedIn
• CRO (heatmaps, split tests on landing pages/emails)
• Booking engine/App user tracking
• Data automation for the website (e.g., automatic creation of new locations including the number of trailers)

About You:

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing. International focus is a plus.
• Strong track record in creating successful and creative online marketing campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Google Ads, Email Marketing, B2B Lead Generation, SEO, and Conversion Rate Optimization.
• Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of advertising platforms and measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, FB Business Manager, and AdWords.
• Passionate about data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in reporting and following up on key metrics.
• Ability to execute and handle tasks both operationally and tactically.
• Fluent in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian and able to communicate in English.
• Your talents include being: optimistic, responsible, determined, inclusive, problem solver.

This is a full-time position, and you will work from our headquarters at Gladsaxe Møllevej 67-69, 2860 Søborg (moving closer to Copenhagen i Q1 2025).
