We are seeking a strategic thinker with deep expertise in AI and a talent for bridging the gap between technology and business. You will play a crucial role in guiding our organization through its AI transformation journey, helping us maximize the value of AI tools across the company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will join the AI Change & Adoption Chapter in Ramboll Tech, where you will:

• Drive AI Adoption: Lead initiatives to integrate AI tools into various business units, ensuring alignment with our overall strategy.
• Tailor AI Solutions: Collaborate with development teams to customize AI solutions that meet specific organizational needs.
• Change Management: Support and prepare our teams through the AI adoption process, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Engage Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, helping them understand and embrace AI benefits.
• Champion AI Best Practices: Develop and promote best practices for AI use across the organization, ensuring ethical and effective implementation.

HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED IN YOUR ROLE

• You have a background in AI, preferably with experience in deploying AI tools in a business context.
• You can see the big picture and understand how AI can drive our business objectives forward.
• You possess the ability to lead AI Adoption initiatives in a team and manage change in a dynamic environment.
• You excel at working with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and successful AI adoption process.
• You can translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are empathetic and maintain composure when dealing with many stakeholders and various expectations
• You enjoy teamwork and support colleagues in learning from you
• You are fluent in English and ideally also in the local language of your office

This includes collaborating with markets at Ramboll on their AI projects, as well as working on larger change processes within the corporation and developing proprietary AI products for Ramboll and our clients. Our team currently has over 300 employees from Denmark, Germany, the USA, and India. We are looking to quickly expand in key areas across Europe and the globe.
