On behalf of Rohde Nielsen, MARPRO Group is looking for Executive Secretary for the office in Kastrup.
The job
Rohde Nielsen is experiencing exciting growth and development. They are seeking a dedicated profile to play a key role in daily operations, to assist management in collaboration with the current Directors Secretary. You will manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth office functioning. They need an initiative-driven person who thrives in a busy environment who can maintain an overview even in fast-paced situations.
Professional qualifications
- Relevant education
- Ability to create and manage presentations and summarizing key points effectively
- Ability to create content for internal and external marketing materials
- Strong IT skills
- Danish and English on business level, both written and spoken
- Advantage if you have experience with a similar position in companies operating globally
