User Experience Specialist

We need a strong UX Specialist who wants to join forces with us to facilitate innovation in co-creation with our customers. UX is an integral part of our development process, and you will collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to make life easier for users. As a UX Specialist at NNIT, we expect you to be a "full-stack" UX professional, capable of taking responsibility for all standard UX activities—from planning, research, and analysis to interaction design. It is also important that you enjoy working as part of a team and are willing to take on tasks beyond the UX role, such as business analysis.

Your Responsibilities as a UX Specialist:

• You will serve as a UX designer in a project, working closely with project participants (developers, business specialists, architects, customers, UX colleagues, etc.), ensuring that UX plays a key role through user involvement and sound UX practices.
• You will be responsible for client UX deliverables, as well as the planning and advocacy of UX activities (including the quality of designs, methods, and processes).
• You are familiar with the tools, techniques, and activities within Design Thinking and can apply them in real-life scenarios.
• You can build and maintain relationships and trust with customers and key stakeholders, such as product owners in an Agile environment.
• You will engage in business analysis and clarifications with customer business specialists.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

• You have approximately 3 years of professional UX experience, preferably in the public sector.
• You possess strong UX skills with experience in designing complex IT systems.
• You have excellent visual communication skills, producing wireframes and presentations that are concise, detailed, and thorough.
• You have experience designing for various devices (tablets, mobile phones, etc.).
• You have experience developing user interfaces, information architecture, and prototypes.
• You are independent but also value teamwork.
• You are a UX expert with a well-developed understanding of IT architecture and technologies.
• Experience with Figma or similar collaborative design tools for building meaningful products is beneficial.
• Experience with business analysis is also an asset.
• You must communicate clearly and fluently in both written and spoken Danish.
