In short, we offer office assistance (we love to call the employees Office Heroes) to our many customers in Copenhagen and the surrounding area.

Worth knowing
Where would I be working, is there a set place every time or does it change?
As an Office Hero, you will have the opportunity to work at different companies across inner Copenhagen, and sometimes in greater Copenhagen. As you gain more experience, you'll have the chance to have your own fixed customers.
How many hours can I expect to work as an Office Hero?
Initially, you can expect to work anywhere from 5-20 hours a week, depending on your availability. Over time, you can expect to work up to 25 hours a week. We strive to accommodate your preferences and plan accordingly, but we can't guarantee that we can meet every need you have.
Do I have to bike to work as an Office Hero?
Yes, most Office Heroes serve several customers a day and need to move between locations in Copenhagen quickly. Therefore, a bike is the best and fastest mode of transportation for this role.
Are there opportunities to grow within Duuo?
Absolutely, there are ample opportunities for growth within the company. Previous Office Heroes have advanced to supervisory roles, customer care positions, and more. Feel free to explore employee stories on our career page.
How often are the Friday bars held?
The Office Hero team gathers every couple of months for a drink or two. Attendance is not mandatory, but our experience shows that it's a great way to enjoy each other's company in a more casual and relaxed setting.
