Welcome to Portfolio & Life Cycle Management
We are 10 colleagues responsible for ensuring profitable growth with already launched platforms and brands in Chronic Care, whilst continuously evaluating the possibilities to simplify the product portfolio. To do this, we work closely with sales subsidiaries, the manufacturing functions (Global Operations), and the marketing team.

Collaboration is key
In this role, you will handle commercial workstreams within life cycle projects. They may revolve around changing raw materials, mitigating negative impact of back orders and quality problems. As owners of the commercial agenda for these projects, we play a critical role in ensuring a good balance between manufacturing and commercial needs. To do this, you will make use of your good communication and collaboration toolbox. As Product Portfolio Support Manager, you will:

• Handle proactive, consistent and relevant communication to subsidiaries
• Provide continuous assistance to product managers (the commercial owners of the portfolio) and Sales subsidiaries
• Review the risk picture and decide on the need for communication in relation to product change projects
• Initiate and ensure countermeasures, e.g., product substitution and prioritisation mapping, to reduce possible negative business impact from supply or quality problems
• Provide analysis and assistance in relation to cost and product assortment initiatives

Experience from a commercial support role
As you will be working on multiple projects at the same time, you must be structured and focused on execution whilst collaborating well with your various stakeholders. Staying curious and focused on solutions, you easily switch in between your tasks without losing track of progress. Finally, we see that you:

• Have a commercial or office support background
• Have experience in commercial product maintenance and/or sales and marketing support in a global company
• Are able to act as project manager for smaller projects
• Have experience with cross functional stakeholder management
• May have experience with global product support or launches
• Are fluent in English.
