The Student Assistant for Radiometer is responsible for supporting the SW R&D team in the design and development of software solutions for medical equipment, ensuring the integration of new features, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
This position is part of the ImmunoAssay SW R&D team located in Copenhagen and will be onsite. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the SW R&D team and report to the Engineering Manager responsible for overseeing software development projects and ensuring the quality and performance of software solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Assist with software design activities.
- Research information sources for R&D.
- Support testing activities on devices, including both manual and automated tests.
- Help protect data and analyze threats.
- Maintain prototype analyzers.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- An interest in medical devices, programming and would like to work in agile teams.
- Started your Bachelor or Master’s degree education in engineering, IT or similar, and have at least one year left before initiating your thesis.
- Experience with C++, C#, batch-scripts etc.
- Possess structured and practical approach to tackle complex challenges.
- Fluent skills in English reading, writing and verbal communication.
