We are looking for a Manager for our Quality, Environment, Health and Safety Virtual Plant organization in Blade who will a team of quality experts and engineers with the implementation, support and oversee that our partners are manufacturing our blades according to SGRE quality and safety standards.
Location will be at partner’s facility or others depending on the business need.
Key responsibility for this role is to secure successful outsourcing manufacturing of blades for ON and OF products manufactured within the same quality requirements as manufactured at SGRE plants.
This position will report to the Head of Virtual Plant in the Blades organization.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Supports the Quality vision in line with the SE WP Quality strategy, SE WP Quality Policy and Quality Principles
- Quality monitor and support all aspects of the Partners Quality Management system.
- Consults SE WP Global Quality functions regarding current and future quality documents, procedures and regulatory requirements and risks.
- Secures NC coordination.
- Implements Quality methods for the partners to build a strong Quality management system and to perform all Quality responsibilities according.
- Analyze of the Quality performance.
- Supports partners’ driven quality planning.
- Implement standard quality KPIs and reporting structure as well as organization-specific KPIs.
- Enforces data quality of relevant reporting sources and harmonize the quality reports where necessary.
- Ensures the application of preventative and reactive quality methods in the processes/projects.
- Supports global audit program and initiate additional audits where required.
- Perform monitoring of daily production of all processes and inspections.
- Establish and execute the communication strategy within own area of responsibility and interested parties. The communication strategy should also include actual quality status on processes, quality mindset and future roadmaps. Ensure external communication to customers, suppliers (aligned with procurement) and external authorities are controlled.
What You Need to Make a Difference:
- Graduate - Master's or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technical Studies or Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience in leading manufacturing organizations
- Strong experience in the execution of operational tasks
- Available for extensive traveling up to 150 days per year
- Proven ability to communicate efficiently with high level stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Exposure to engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial) and operations
- Experience in international working environment
- Fluent in English
