Middle/Senior Front-end (ReactJS) Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Frontend Developer at Esoft Systems, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user interface components using React. In this critical role, you will be the central decision-maker for all frontend technology choices, ensuring that our applications are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with our backend developers, and product managers to deliver top-tier solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design and development of complex web applications using React.
• Make critical decisions on frontend technology stack, frameworks, and tools to ensure optimal performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Develop and enforce best practices for frontend development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure Esoft Systems remains at the forefront of frontend development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Equivalent to at least 3-5 years of professional experience as a frontend developer, working with React.
• Strong experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx).
• Proficient in modern build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, yarn).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
