Take the lead and make a difference in meeting the arising number batches running weekly
As Cell Production Manager at Bavarian Nordic, you will report to the Senior Manager Head of Drug Substance Cell Production and Support and play a key role in setting the direction for your team. Effective resource allocation and planning is part of the job, just as ensuring that your team understands the prioritization and potential changes. You are also going to be responsible for ensuring that your teams overall deliverables and assuring that your team is compliant according to procedure requirements (GMP). Further, you will participate in roots cause analysis and implement preventive actions. You will contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice strategies, policies, and processes to aid and improve operations performance through the Drug Substance Cell Production Management Team. Likewise, you will participate in and support audits and various projects. Finally, you understand the importance of having good relationships and solid collaboration with stakeholders across the organization. It is important that you communicate effectively across the organization, through direct and clear feedback.

Strong production profile with leadership experience
For this position, it is expected that you hold a relevant scientific or technical education as well as management experience within the pharmaceutical industry or similar regulated production environment. Further you have acquired solid knowledge with continuous improvement, technical problem solving and GMP. Likewise, you are used to working with SCM Tools and ERP systems. To succeed in this role, you need a demonstrated talent to lead, develop, and grow a team to reach its full potential. Lastly, you must be fluent in English and Danish both written and spoken.

You are open-minded, loyal, flexible, diplomatic, and independent with an outgoing and confident attitude, acting with natural decision-making skills. Collaborating with different people at all levels in an organization comes naturally to you, as you are a team player with a positive mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
