About the role:
- Seek out new business from existing clients in the Life Science industry
- Create a virtual network of researchers in the Life Science community
- Implement a proactive customer success strategy to prevent customer issues
- Respond to customer requests and emails, and attending meetings with customers and internal team meetings
- Work with the sales team on developing lead engagement tactics
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
The ideal candidate:
- Experience with a CRM (Zoho is a plus) but not a requirement as we are willing to train
- 1+ year relevant experience, such as of account management, fostering client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction is a plus
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write well-crafted emails
