At INVISIO, we seek a Production Test Design Engineer or Technician who thrives on managing multiple tasks and takes pride in taking ownership of and finding solutions. We require assistance for our production team in Malmö, providing onsite support and implementing production test systems.
You will join our Industrial Engineering department in Hvidovre, Copenhagen, and help strengthen the development and maintenance of our electronic- and acoustic production test systems.
About the job
In this job, you will become part of a team that ensures high-quality end-of-line testing of products at our production partners.
You will participate in developing the next-generation test system roadmap to support our increasing range of products and production partners.
This role is part of the INVISIO Production Test Engineering. You will be expected to bridge the gap between the Production Test Engineering theory and the production staff's daily challenges and practical issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Specifying production test processes.
- Designing and developing methods, hardware, and software for product end-of-line tests.
- Implement and maintain at our production partners in Malmö.
- On-site production test support and training.
- Help production staff troubleshoot products and test equipment failures.
- Make corrective actions, maintenance plans, and follow-ups.
About you
The ideal candidate holds an electronic technical degree or a diploma in Electrical Engineering.
You may have some years of practical experience from a production line fault-finding and repairing electronics PCBAs and equipment, but more importantly, you have experience developing end-of-line production test systems for electronic and acoustic products.
We are looking for someone who can effectively manage multiple tasks while paying attention to detail and is motivated to achieve outstanding results. You must be proactive and willing to take ownership of projects and contribute to our team's success. Excellent people skills are also essential to succeed in this role.
Required skills:
- Experience in electronics design to support product testing and programming of product test SW.
- Experience in implementing product test equipment for a manufacturing environment and knowing how to balance theory and practice optimally.
- Familiar with the programming languages Phyton and Labview/TestStand.
- Can positively influence and build relationships with team members, internally and externally.
- Have a driver's license and access to a car.
- Excellent English skills, as it is our corporate language.
- Fluency in any of the Scandinavian languages is a great plus.
Additional information
The position is based on-site at our HQ in Hvidovre, Copenhagen. We do not offer relocation assistance.
However, approximately half a working day up to two working days per week is expected at our production partner in Malmö.
Furthermore, 10-15 traveling days per year is also expected.
