We are currently searching for a Student Assistant to join our Portfolio Management team of 4 experienced Portfolio Managers in Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI) at our Head Quarter in Viby J, Aarhus, Denmark.

Arla Foods Ingredients is a global leader in natural whey ingredients. Our ingredients are applied in products in a wide range of categories – from bakery, beverages and ice cream to sports, medical, and infant nutrition.

How will you make an impact?
As our Student Assistant, you will be supporting with tasks that aim to secure an optimal product prioritization and commercial alignment between our strategic business units. In close collaboration with your colleagues, your primary focus will be:

• Responsible for our product priority tree in Excel
• Maintain and share joint venture dashboard
• Develop SharePoint sites for cross-functional portfolio programs
• Update our team sharepoint site
• Support in new product development prioritisation tasks
• Update portfolio overviews
• Create product material numbers
• Update product information datasheets
• Secure stakeholder communication
• Other administrative and practical tasks

What will make you successful?
Ideally, you are doing your bachelor degree or you just started your master’s degree. You are curious by nature, have a structured approach to your work and thrive when working independently. You have a good analytical mindset, are eager to learn and enjoy challenges. You can easily interact with colleagues across several functions and like to be perceived as a true team player.

Moreover, we expect that you have:

• Solid communication skills in English both written and spoken

• Experienced user in Excel and PowerPoint
