The position
Our team is responsible for managing and upholding the IT & OT infrastructure of the production facility. Our objective is to ensure that the IT systems remain in optimal condition to prevent any unforeseen production halts in the facility.

As an IT Operation Specialist at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:

• Handle the daily OT support of IT systems and automation equipment in a production facility consisting of more than 20 fully automated systems.
• Troubleshoot software and ensure that production runs as smooth as possible.
• Ensure that all work is carried out according to existing rules and regulations.
• Participate in validation of IT and automation changes.
• Be involved in relevant projects, that will lift old systems up to daily standards.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Background as an automation technician, IT technician, IT/OT support, data technician, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience
• Knowledge of PLCs, IT infrastructure, SCADA/HMI (iFix), and servers in a Windows-domain environment
• Experience or strong knowledge in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Preferably, experience in the pharmaceutical or equivalent industry
• Good capabilities in written and spoken English

As a benefit but not a requirement, you have experience with operating systems such as Windows, Windows Server, and Linux. You have managed IT systems, conducted validations in a GXP environment, and handled change requests, etc.
On a personal level, you are cooperative with a customer-centric mindset. You are willing to learn, and you are structured and proactive in your work, and will never compromise on quality. To succeed, you need to be able to keep calm and make decisions in a busy work environment, where the agenda changes frequently. You ask insightful questions and can communicate at all levels of the organization.

About the department
You will be part of a dynamic team consisting of approximately 10 colleagues. The team is rapidly growing to stay aligned with our constantly developing surroundings. We are very diverse in terms of background, age, culture, knowledge etc. Physical presence in Bagsværd is required.
