As a Project Manager, you’ll be part of a close-knit team of 10 professionals, working together to ensure seamless project execution and quality delivery. You will be responsible for managing projects of various sizes and complexities, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our customers. You will also play a vital role in driving our team to become even more customer-focused, providing value-added services and support.
Key responsibilities:
Your primary focus will be overseeing projects from inception to completion. This includes analyzing project needs, estimating timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring delivery on time and to the highest quality standards.
You will also manage incidents, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and communicated clearly to all stakeholders. Additionally, you’ll be involved in the tender process—from the bid phase through to project implementation—working closely with Bid Managers and internal teams to meet project goals.
Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders is key to the success of your role. You will be responsible for keeping everyone informed about project status, milestones, and any necessary adjustments to timelines. In this role, you’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong prioritization skills and the ability to adapt to shifting demands. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure resources are available and properly coordinated.
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a project management professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a relevant educational background.
Experience with methodologies such as Prince2, ITIL, Agile, or similar is a strong advantage, but a willingness to learn is equally valuable.
You must be structured, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of projects while also knowing when to seek guidance.
Fluency in both Danish and English is essential for this role, and familiarity with Nordic languages is a plus. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset are key to fostering positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
