About the Role
The main responsibility of the CI partner is to be CI culture carrier. This means that the CI partner through behavior and initiatives effects and drives the area to evolve to a learning organization with focus on the way we work and interact together. The CI partners and QA DS management team are responsible for establishing a strong CI mindset and build up the CI knowledge in the QA DS operations organization.
To ensure the development of the area, the CI partner is responsible for taking part on establishing and leading projects in the CI program in QA DS operations.
This includes leading workshop programs, provide support/facilitate on the planning, execution and follow up on workshops and projects in QA DS operations.
It is important that the CI partner also serves as theoretical and operational knowledge bank on CI and can guide, coach, and teach QA DS operations including the management team.
Be a part of QA DS Continuous Improvement and Project team and support the area in moving in the right strategic direction.
About the Department/Team
The role is based in Hillerød, Denmark and you will report to the Continuous Improvement Project team of the QA DS Department.
We are currently in the process of developing our CI Community of Best Practice engagement model which this role also will become part of. The work environment is informal, where we strive to have a lot of fun while we learn and develop.
Job Responsibilities
Your primary tasks will be:
Continuous Improvement culture carrier
- Leading the establishment of the CI program and taking a lead role on both the culture and the concrete activities
- Knowledge bank and coach/supporter on CI
Lead of main KPI’s
- Identify with stakeholders the KPI to follow
- Create the different KPI dashboards and views
- Ensure data is up to date
- Facilitate and follow up on KPI meetings
Optimization of internal process & lead workshops
- Support and lead optimization initiatives in QA DS Operations
- Support and establish new or simplified processes.
- Plan, facilitate and lead workshops and projects.
- Ensure standardization of workshops and project execution
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following background and skill sets:
Professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s (BA) or Master’s Degree (MSc) in Manufacturing, Technical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Physical, Chemical or Biological Science, or equivalent
- At least 5 years experiences with Lean and continuous improvement.
- Good communication skills in English
- Good collaboration skills in a very dynamic environment
- Great analytical skills and ability to solve problems.
- Experience in QA and GMPs is not a requirement but highly recommended.

You are people oriented and communicate well with different personality types. You are self-motivating and capable of working with a high degree of independence. You take initiative and are comfortable with taking the lead and you are eager to learn and contribute to achieve results.
