About this opportunity Nordea Finance Management Oversight provides risk management support to all Nordea Finance units in all countries. As a Business Risk Manager, you will play an integral role in providing the expertise necessary for Nordea Finance to manage and mitigate Fraud related risk associated to Nordea Finance’s operations and processes.

In practice, this means that you need to:

• Take the lead and support implementations, development and improvements of fraud mitigation related processes in all areas of Nordea Finance
• Have expert knowledge and a detailed understanding of how to improve the processes across Nordea Finance.
• Represent Nordea Finance in forums on fraud related matters.
• Support Nordea Finance in enhancing the risk and compliance culture.
• Be the main driver of closing related to 2 LoD and 3 LoD issues.
• Report to the head of Nordea Finance Management Oversight

Primary location for this role is any of the Nordic capitals and Poland.

Your experience and background:

• Minimum 5 years of experience within risk management in the banking sector
• Experience of working with credit risk where knowledge of the credit process in Nordea Finance is considered as an advantage
• Experience working with credit related fraud prevention and/or detection considered as an advantage
• Master´s or Bachelor´s degree
• Professional level of both spoken and written English
• It is an advantage if you know the processes and business in Nordea Finance
