Position Cluster:

• Open, handle and finalize claims for El Corte Inglés policies, according to the operational procedure to be applied in each contract and/or product.Open files determining the coverage of the declared case, according to the validity and guarantee of the policy, informing the interlocutor of both the acceptance and rejection of the claim, as appropriate.
• Dispatch the service to the appropriate provider and comprehensively manage the incident, monitoring the services until confirming with the client the correct completion of the file.
• Assess, make comparisons and replace or compensate, as the case may be, various appliances, multimedia equipment or any other product insured under the policy of this contract with the existing tool for this purpose, according to the corresponding operational procedure.
• Calculate the deductible to apply, as well as depreciation, if any, informing the client in a timely manner.
• Validate the provider's economic information, guaranteeing that the price to be paid adjusts to the work performed and the existing scale.

Requirements and necessary skills:
It is necessary that those who apply meet, at least, the following conditions:

• Bilingual level of spoken and written Spanish.

• Communication and negotiation skills.

• Capacity for decision-making.

• Analytical capacity.

• Organization, ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing environments.

• Customer and results orientation.

• Knowledge of multi-risk insurance will be positively valued.

• English skills will be positively valued.
