Junior Compliance Officer

We’re looking for the best people to join us on our journey. Right now, we’re searching for a Junior Compliance Officer in our Stockholm office – are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change?This position is a temporary substitute role approximately until November 2025.

The role
Junior Compliance Officer will report to the Head of Group Compliance and will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures related to anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) compliance, anti-competition laws, internal investigations, and third-party risk management. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and ethical standards of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and update compliance policies and procedures to reflect changes in legislation and internal governance arrangements.
• Serve as the main responsible for the company’s third-party risk management programme, ensuring thorough due diligence on vendors, partners, and contractors, which also includes maintaining a database of third-party risk assessments and ensure ongoing monitoring of third-party relationships.
• Work with procurement, legal, sustainability, and finance teams to enforce compliance requirements.
• Design and deliver compliance training to the orgaisation.
• Promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior throughout the organization.
  

What we’re looking for
We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that’s why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, in order to thrive in this role, we do believe you’ll have at least some experience in the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CFE) is a plus.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a compliance-related role, preferably within third party risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
