Join us as our Hong Kong-based Country Lead and help us provide a marketplace where our merchants can promote their products and help bridge that gap to direct consumers.

Help our users buy the right wine at attractive prices while staying true to the core of Vivino
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Regional Director, we are looking for a Country Lead who will be responsible for managing key aspects of our sales and promotional activities, ensuring competitive positioning of top-selling products, and driving business growth through targeted campaigns and CRM strategies.

  • Ensure top-selling products are consistently available at competitive market prices, contributing to sustained sales performance.
  • Oversee and manage all promotional items, developing and executing content strategies to drive customer engagement and maximize sales conversion.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to support the trading calendar and lead the execution of campaign activities, ensuring alignment with regional and global business objectives.
  • Plan, implement, and manage all CRM initiatives, focusing on measuring and improving performance to enhance customer relationships and drive business results.

  • Experience in an account management/ marketing/ CRM role
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Experience in the use of Braze or similar CRM tools
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Please mention if you are fluent in Cantonese
