Role waiting for you

As a Scrum Master, you will become responsible for facilitating, coaching and supporting one or more of our agile delivery teams and will be working both independently and in close collaboration with first and foremost the Product Owner, team members and project managers from other departments. If you enjoy interacting with people, guiding your team in an inclusive and coaching manner, you are probably a good candidate for the position. The team has members both onsite and remote with different level of seniority and profiles.

Your main responsibilities as our new Scrum Master will be:

• Keeping track of and helping solve impediments, escalate if necessary and help the team manage their progress via transparent backlog and board overviews
• Ensuring that the agile team is equipped with the right knowledge, tools and training to reach the teams’ maximum potential and coordinating work across different areas that would like use MuleSoft for integration while keeping track of the different features for the different projects.
• Coordinating the different releases needed with the different projects, planning testing activities together with the teams and supporting teams with technical incidents or challenges around MuleSoft integrations
• Helping the team roles prepare and align expectations before and during events
• Promoting agile way of working incl. working in Azure DevOps and driving continuous improvement in the team, by creating a learning environment, and ensuring learnings are shared with other agile teams and Novo Nordisk’s

Skills we look for

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive person with a proven track record in the following skills & experiences:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in computer science, engineering, chemistry, biology or other relevant fields and more than 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or from an agile delivery team preferably with SAFe Agile framework.
• You have a good comprehension of IT and experience with IT infrastructure, and potentially worked on IT projects in a regulated industry.
• The project is using Azure DevOps tool therefore it is requirement to have experience with the tool
• Strong people and change management, and communication skills with cross-cultural mindset
• Fluency in written and spoken English are essential

As a person you are motivated by challenging assignments, you absorb new knowledge quickly, and you are always open for developing new competencies. As you have good interpersonal skills you are able to guide and challenge your colleagues in the line of business, when needed.

Our department of Digital Data & IT (DD&IT) uses MuleSoft as a strategic integration platform for connecting applications, data, and devices across different systems and platforms. In DD&IT Product Supply, we aim to have an internal MuleSoft Centre of Excellence team that will help us to mature our MuleSoft setup.

Laboratory Solutions (LABS) is a part of Digital Data & IT Product Supply organisation which has employees based in Denmark, India, US, China, France and Brazil. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business, ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support to the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide. In LABS you will be part of a highly engaged department developing and improving IT systems which are core to the laboratory processes in Novo Nordisk. Though you will be working with a lot of colleagues from around the globe, the job location will be in Denmark.

Your direct team, PS-MAH (Product Supply – MuleSoft APIs Hub) is focusing on business applications and acts as a central team established in the department to govern and administrate the API needs across DD&IT Product Supply. The t eam is made up of a product owner, product architect, and the delivery team, and supports different teams/projects that are using MuleSoft to integrate to different applications and devices, and to define best practice in this area.
