Who is Aeven?

• Aeven is one of Denmark’s largest IT Infrastructure providers.
• Aeven delivers critical infrastructure which require high stability and security.
• We manage the infrastructure of customers such as Novo Nordisk, Denmark’s Nationalbank, Forsvaret, Arla, Vestas, BaneDanmark, Andel, PFA, AP Pension.

Your responsibilities:
Primarily:

• Dialogue with the “business” regarding what their data-needs are and help fulfill those data-needs in the most efficient way.
• Analyzing contractual documents and deciphering what data is needed to fulfill a contract’s requirement toward a customer.
• Act as a link between the “business” and Aeven’s BI department.
• Investigating and mapping data-dependencies across systems and processes.
• Help Aeven’s business to leverage our current data to a higher degree.
• Being an ambassador for consistent and correct usage of terminology.

Secondarily:

• Working along different teams to understand what data is available and facilitating that all relevant data is integrated into our Datawarehouse for future usage.
• Investigating and mapping data-dependencies across systems and processes.
• Increase data quality through creation of controls and follow-up on controls.
• Facilitate management of our data in a way that reduces redundancy and complexity.
• Facilitate increased usage of MasterData.

Your qualifications and experience:

• An analytical mind
• A desire to continuously optimize and improve current ways of working.
• Capability to learn at very high speed.
• Capability to adapt to a changing work environment.

Which competencies are considered a “must” for this position?

• Experience with full office pack (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Experience with excel formulas.
• Experience with Data Management.
• Experience with a BI platform (PowerBI or Qlikview).
• Fluent in English language – corporate language of Aeven is English and we have many international colleagues in DK and offices in the Czech Republic and the Philippines.

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Query
• Experience with Microsoft PowerApps in general.
• Experience with AI.
• Experience with Automation.
• Experience with Financial Management / Financial Reporting.
• Experience with P&L responsibility (Profit & Loss).
