Senior Manager, Digital FP&A and Partnering

Job Description
Join our FP&A team for Digital Technology in this role with great exposure to senior management providing key insight and recommendations regarding financial performance!

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the FP&A team for Digital Technology, with people leader responsibility for at least 2 direct reports
  • Own the underlying forecasting and reporting processes and tools for overall Digital Technology spending, with a big focus on process and data optimisation and redesign
  • Lead productivity reporting and consolidation
  • Team representative for broader corporate planning transformation initiatives and owner of the relationship with Corporate Planning, External Reporting & Business Service Operations
  • Finance Business Partner for at least one Digital Technology area for the LEGO Group, being the challenger/gatekeeper and sounding board on financial risk/opportunities and digital investments while ensuring strong financial foundations in spend optimisation, planning and governance

You will be joining a team of highly skilled finance professionals supporting three dynamic Executive Leadership team members and their organisations. The team is based in London and Billund.

This role is within the Digital Finance Partnering area of the team, partnering the Digital Technology leadership in driving the digitalization journey of the LEGO Group. This involves ensuring our digital investments are transparent, well governed and are driving strong value outcomes consistent with our LEGO Group strategic priorities. Digital Technology is a fast-paced environment where you get to develop the personal and professional skills of yourself and your team.

Do you have what it takes
The ideal candidate is able to demonstrate financial acumen / management accounting proficiency. It would be beneficial to have an education within business, finance or similar, but it is not a prerequisite

  • Strong process construction, redesign, and optimisation skills, being able to demonstrate examples of implementation and impact
  • Strong analytical skills with good proven track record of being able to interpret and utilise financial and data insights
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Proven experience in working with finance business partnering and/or financial planning and analysis
  • Experience with leading change
  • It would be beneficial to have experience in using digital tools (e.g. OneStream, Power BI) to optimise and enhance finance activities, and familiarity with digital/technology program costs
  • Proficient in English, written and verbal

The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
