Job description
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients in industries such as real estate, oil, food testing labs, and more within the GCC region (Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia). Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities. Use networking, cold calling, and attending relevant events like GITEX to establish client relationships. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Identify potential markets for expansion and assess emerging business opportunities in areas like AI, Metaverse, IoT, and VR/AR technologies. Analyze customer feedback and market data to improve product offerings and sales strategies. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Act as a liaison between clients and the internal product development teams, ensuring that client needs are understood and met. Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction, upselling, and cross-selling where appropriate. Proposal and Contract Management:
Collaborate with the product, sales, and marketing teams to create tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients. Negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client. Prepare and present business proposals to senior management and clients. Partnership Development:
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with complementary businesses, such as Agaram Technologies. Explore joint ventures and collaborative projects that enhance Prabha Technologies' market presence and service offerings. Sales and Revenue Growth:
Develop sales strategies and plans to meet revenue targets. Monitor sales performance and report progress to senior management, adjusting strategies as needed. Work with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that support business development efforts. Event Representation and Networking:
Represent Prabha Technologies at industry events, trade shows (like GITEX), and conferences to promote the company's solutions and build new business relationships. Organize and participate in product demos, webinars, and client presentations. Product Knowledge and Innovation:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Prabha Technologies' products, including ERP systems, Lab Management systems, Metaverse applications, and HSEQ solutions. Stay informed about new technologies and trends that could benefit the company’s offerings or open new business opportunities. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies. Lead or mentor junior business development team members. Reporting and KPIs:
Track business development metrics such as lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and client acquisition costs. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, progress, and challenges. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of software products, particularly in Metaverse, IoT, ERP, and AI-driven solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Experience in business development within the GCC region is preferred. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive growth and meet revenue targets. This role would be central in driving growth and expanding the client base for Prabha Technologies.
