Our Team
Join our Business Data Protection team within the Business Controls & Product Management (BCPM) department at Danske Bank. Based in our new headquarter, our mission is to ensure robust data protection practices across our three business units – Personal Customers, Business Customers, and Large Corporates & Institutions.

The essence of the role
In this role, you will not only manage GDPR implementation initiatives within our department and across our business units, but you will also engage deeply in stakeholder management and strategic task coordination. With other words, your responsibilities will stretch beyond traditional project management. Your responsibilities include:

• Manage and lead initiatives
• Advice and support the commercial business units and the BCPM department
• Innovate and structure solutions to challenges
• Build and develop partnerships with key stakeholders and specialists across the organization.
• Draft and report management information

This position is designed for someone who thrives in complex environments and is ideal for someone who is capable of driving change within organizations. Your work will directly influence how Danske Bank protects and manages data, making it a key role with significant responsibility and impact.

Your core qualifications:

• A relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA)
• More than three years of experience in project management or management consulting, preferably within the financial sector
• Proficient in written and spoken English (Danish not a requirement)
• Experienced in PowerPoint and Excel
• A keen interest in and understanding of change management processes
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and impactful communication
