YOUR impact
Are you passionate about customer interaction and thrive in dynamic environments? As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be at the forefront of delivering technical implementation and consulting services for our CRM and Digital Marketing solutions. Your role will involve leading projects that include onboarding, configuration workshops, migrations, and end-user training. You will collaborate closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams, engaging in both pre- and post-sales activities to ensure our clients’ success.

YOUR main responsibilities include:
- Deliver pre-sales support through collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand customer expectations and needs, ensuring tailored solutions.
- Showcase the strengths in our CRM & Digital Marketing offering and highlight standard features to meet customer requirements.
- Transform business needs into solutions by translating business requirements into functional design and technical specifications.
- Lead and deliver multiple CRM & Digital Marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Coordinate activities and stakeholders efficiently.
- Conduct training sessions and interactive workshops, offering strategic guidance on our CRM and Digital Marketing solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and reliable expert, aligning customer needs with technical possibilities and limitations. Provide guidance and best practices on our CRM & Digital Marketing solutions.
- Successfully manage remote client meetings and occasionally travel onsite if needed.
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Work with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
YOUR profile and requirements:
- Relevant Experience: At least +3 years of experience in roles such as Professional Services Consultant, Technical Consultant, Implementation Consultant or Project Manager.
- CRM and CMS/CDP expertise: Experience with CRM implementation or working with CMSs, CDPs. Knowledge of integrations and API is a plus.
- Proactive and detail-oriented: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, pay attention to detail, and take ownership of tasks.
- Data Management skills: Ability to analyze, structure, and migrate data across different platforms.
- Excellent communication: Strong communication/presentation skills with experience in customer-facing roles.
- Project management: Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously towards a common goal.
- Pre-Sales and Consulting success: A history of delivering successful pre-sales and consulting services to customers.
- Leadership and Collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Language proficiency: Must be fluent in Norwegian & English at a professional level. Proficiency in additional Nordic languages, such as Finnish or Swedish, is an advantage.
