Asa Talent Acquisition Advisor you will provide full-cycle recruitment support across multiple subsidiaries of the Danaher Corporation in the Life Sciences, Diagnostics & Biotech industries, developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to support the business needs.

You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and your primary focus will be on positions across Denmark, Finland & Norway. This position is part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition Delivery team and will be remote.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Lead strategic kick-off call to understand hiring need
• Conduct/review talent supply & demand, educate hiring managers and HR partners on talent marketplace dynamics and how to be brand ambassadors to attract key talent
• Proactively source and engage talent internally and externally, utilizing available tools
• Screen candidates and present a diverse, qualified slate to hiring manager
• Provide offer recommendations to hiring manager and HRBP based on candidate and market expectations

The essential requirements of the job include:

• University Degree or equivalent experience
• Solid Recruitment experience (including coaching hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques and cultivating talent pipelines) gained in corporate environments, or agencies or working as RPO
• Experience in the Life Sciences, Diagnostics or Biotechnology markets or similar.
