We are looking for a Brand Manager Animal Health (Nordics) to help us further gain market shares with our large product portfolio.
As our new brand manager, you will be developing and executing local marketing and activation plans tailored for each of the Nordics´ markets. You will be responsible for developing multichannel marketing campaigns to raise awareness amongst pet healthcare professionals as well as pet owners. With your winning campaigns, you will prepare our sales colleagues with the necessary arguments to drive loyalty amongst existing customers and win new customers.

This position is based in Copenhagen (Denmark) and reports directly to the Head of Pets Nordics.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, implement, and evaluate local marketing and activation plans.
  • In-Market performance monitoring including competitive watch
  • Identify and seize growth opportunities with our product portfolio.
  • Preparation and execution of Launches
  • Creation of Marketing Campaigns
  • Implement Global Pricing Strategies
  • Project Management
  • Planning and managing the annual Marketing Budget

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Business Administration/Scientific/Veterinary Degree (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • 3 - 5 years of working experience in Marketing / Brand Management; experience in field sales is a plus
  • Industry experience in Animal Health (prescription / prescription free) is a plus.
  • Excellent command of one Scandinavian language and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical capabilities, ability to generate insights out of data and derive action from insights.
  • Self-starter attitude, business acumen, result-oriented behaviour
  • Strong communication skills and good team-player
