Job description

• Leading a team of KAM and placement associates/executives.
• Acquiring new clients (organizations with relevant tech stack) and nurturing existing relationships, hence consistently driving business growth,
• Experience in building strong corporate relationships,
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Proficient in handling Internal and External stakeholders.
• Should be able to map our learners with relevant tech stacks and also handle the prospective accounts we have onboarded.
• Monitors the individual pipelines of each learner to ensure there is proper follow-up on all leads/clients.
• Should be able to provide exceptional customer service, and analyze market trends and data.
• Provide periodic reports to management on all placement related activities.

Requirements :

• Experience 2 to 3 years exp in the B2B and KAM role,
• Analytical Skills and Business Planning
• 1 year experience in team handling
• Handling premium clients and
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
