Would you like to be part of a team focused on IT Governance and Compliance to ensure robust management of regulatory requirements for Allianz Technology Operational Entity Function? If so, this position interests you.

If you have extensive experience in IT-Governance and Management of Corporate Rules including firm knowledge about regulations such as DORA and VAIT and you want to be involved in the coordination of cross-functional topics in support of the COO of Allianz Technology, don't hesitate and apply for the position.

What will make you succeed in this position?

• Experience in regulatory compliance and IT-governance.
• Experience with GRC-tools (RSA Archer, Service Now, ORGS).
• Possibility to travel.
• Fluent in English language both spoken and written.
• University degree/Master in law/ business administration/engineering.

Your mission in the role will be:
- Conduct annual revisions of the Allianz Technology Policy for IT (ATPIT) to ensure it remains current and effective.

- Execute the annual IT Compliance Self-Assessment, including the tracking of follow-up actions and ensuring alignment

with H4 requirements.

- Oversee the yearly refresh of Standards and Functional Rules associated with ATPIT, ensuring they are in sync with IT

Service Management (ITSM) and Information Security (IS) functions.

- Actively participate in key committees such as the IT Steering Board (ITSB) and Information Security Steering Board (ISSB).

- Manage the Qualified Assessor roles for IT and ITSM, and monitor related risks within the Archer system.

- Vigilantly monitor IT controls to maintain compliance and operational integrity.

- Facilitate coordination of cross-departmental topics for the COO and the Global Operations Area, promoting synergy and

effective governance.
