Danske Bank is looking for the right talent to join our Risk Workstream team of 7 colleagues, hopefully with the appetite as an analyst profile to grow within and beyond the Risk Management domain. The Risk workstream provides non-financial risk management advisory and support to a highly prioritized area in the bank, which is responsible for building the future debt collection service model to advise customers who are facing financial difficulties.

The Risk Stream is part of the 1st line of defence for the Debt Management Development tribe. Our work location is split between the brand-new central Copenhagen office in Postbyen and Lersø Parkallé.

You will

• Work in cross-functional and agile project team setting
• Establish and keep relationships with key stakeholders
• Perform non-financial risk assessments
• Design, implement and monitor controls
• Maintain reporting on the non-financial risk and controls environment
• Continuously improve our methodology to ensure it is efficient and in line with Danske Bank and industry standards
• Be open to take on a business analyst role in the DM Development tribe in the longer term

A great match
You have an academic background and have a few years of business experience, working as an analyst or specialist in financial services or debt management and possess the following qualifications:

• Academic background in Risk & Compliance, Economics, Audit, Business Management, or similar
• Fundamental understanding of enterprise risk management and controls methodology
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Verbal and written fluency in English and Danish
• Strong analytical skills
• Team player who is curious and eager to learn
