Job role
The Finance Center of Competence JR IT Controller role provides technical support for Finance Center of Competence under IT Lead supervision

What you will do

  • Analyze existing processes, activities, tasks and cluster them in dedicated areas of responsibility
  • Support maintenance of relationship with stakeholders and identify requirements to be transformed into technical inputs for the development team.
  • Supporting the IT Lead in creating and maintaining all functional and technical system documentation, as well as the policies related to the tools and processes in scope.
  • Contribute to the development of functional/technical requirements based on Finance, Controlling and Business Team needs.
  • Provides support if the tools and processes designed don`t work as per procedures
  • Identifies and drives process optimization + standardization for Service Desk topics
  • Works in Service Now and other dedicated company tools
  • Controls the relevant Desktop procedures for Service Desk to be up to date
  • Support the project team in technical/IT escalation topics alongside with dedicated teams, depending on the topic of the query.
  • Support the Service Now trainings for the tool users.
  • Request and maintain the proper rights and roles for Finance Ticket Center Tool
  • Organize and maintain meetings including creation of minutes of the meetings

What you bring

  • University Degree (preferably Business Administration, Economics or Finance)
  • Relevant work experience in Project Management, Finance, Controlling or Consulting (preferred ~at least 1yr)
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP and Service Now
  • Self-starter and autonomous work attitude
  • Transition experience it`s a plus
