The role...
Synthesia is scaling at a rapid pace as we capture a huge market opportunity. The Founder’s office is a very small team working closely with our co-founders to help scale our company, drive strategic planning and alignment, operations, internal communications, investor relations and special projects.

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, flexible and ambitious person to join our nimble team and work directly with our Chief of Staff, Executive team and co-founders. This is a very dynamic role with high potential to expand and evolve as we grow as a company. The role combines analytical skills with strategic thinking, strong communication skills and ability to execute and move projects forward.

What you'll do...

• Help drive research, cross function alignment and execution on strategic projects
• Strategic planning: support with project management capabilities and work with executives to prioritise and monitor progress on business initiatives
• Help design and monitor key business metrics and KPIs to drive the business both on a team and company level
• Support investor relations and fundraising activities, including preparation of board materials, investor updates and other company presentations
• Assist with events: help organising company events, conferences, and networking activities
• Be excited about any other challenge - strategic or operational - that comes our way!

We’d love to hear from you if you…

• Have 4+ years of professional experience in consulting, business operations, strategic planning and program / project management roles
• Demonstrated ability to distil complex issues into structured frameworks and develop concrete action plans
• Are data driven and analytical and have experience in financial modelling and analysis
• Are a strong communicator, both verbal and written
• Excel at building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions
• Have experience at a high growth B2B SaaS company
