Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Incident Response Specialist to lead our SOC and CSIRT teams as technical lead. With expertise in Incident Response, Digital Forensics, and eDiscovery, you will have experience leading teams within a Security Operations environment. In this key role, you will guide the response teams and enhance the capabilities of our security services.

The position is based at our Østergade office in Copenhagen. Please note that relocation support is not provided for this role. We adopt a flexible hybrid work model, offering the best of both in-office and remote working arrangements!

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Forensics Investigations:

  • Lead in-depth digital forensic investigations to uncover, analyze, and preserve electronic evidence related to cybersecurity incidents.
  • Ensure forensic integrity and maintain a clear chain of custody throughout the investigation.

2. Incident Response Leadership:

  • Work closely with incident response teams during active cybersecurity incidents, driving key actions and decision-making.
  • Perform root cause analysis, propose remediation strategies, and continuously strengthen operations and service quality.

3. eDiscovery Support:

  • Lead the identification, preservation, collection, and analysis of digital evidence for legal proceedings, ensuring seamless execution of eDiscovery processes.
  • Partner with legal teams to meet eDiscovery compliance requirements and schedules. Mentor team members in eDiscovery and forensics.

4. Forensic Tool Mastery:

  • Apply a range of advanced forensic tools and technologies to extract, analyze, and interpret digital evidence effectively.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by adopting the latest tools and techniques to sharpen investigative capabilities.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Create clear, comprehensive documentation of forensic findings and eDiscovery processes.
  • Develop detailed reports for internal customers, legal teams, and management.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with teams across incident response, legal, IT, and more to share insights and contribute to broader security and legal objectives.
  • Translate technical findings into concise, actionable information for non-technical audiences.

7. Continuous Innovation:

  • Drive the evolution of digital forensics, incident response, and eDiscovery playbooks and procedures.
  • Offer strategic recommendations to enhance cybersecurity resilience and legal preparedness based on forensic insights.

Do you have what it takes?
You have a relevant educational background in Computer Science, Digital Forensics, or a related subject area, along with certifications such as EnCE, CCE, CISSP, or equivalent. You bring several years of experience in areas like incident response, digital forensics, or eDiscovery. Additionally, you are:

  • Skilled in using digital forensics tools, incident response strategies, and eDiscovery platforms.
  • Strong in computer networks, operating systems, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Excellent at analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Effective in translating complex concepts into practical solutions.
