About the role
In this role you will support Procurement with the development of the procurement sustainability and SQM processes and tools.

Main tasks will be to:

• support the implementation of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR)
• be the process owner and responsible for the development of the internal EUDR tool
• lead future sustainability application developments and implementations (eg. CO2 emission)
• lead future supplier quality application developments and implementations.
• lead user networks and training

You will be the key driver for business transformational projects and apply subject expertise to continuously:

• improve harmonization and standardization.
• improve process and system efficiency.
• improve legal and regulatory compliance​.
• enhance learning and development.

Located in our Gothenburg or Mannheim office, the Procurement Excellence Manager will report to the Senior Procurement Excellence Manager in Gothenburg.

You have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education.
• minimum of 5 years of experience from working within procurement and/or sustainability and quality.
• proven experience in developing new processes and implementing digital tools.
• strong project management skills.
• advanced knowledge of the SAP procurement module.
• experience with Osapiens is a plus.
• fluency in English, both written and spoken.
