As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at DIS, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative and impactful solutions for top-tier industry clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading machine construction and product development projects from concept to delivery
• Conducting detailed structural design and analysis
• Acting as a trusted technical expert across multiple engineering disciplines
• Building strong client relationships and ensuring project alignment with customer goals
• Mentoring and guiding colleagues within your area of expertise

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at DIS, you’ll need a blend of technical expertise and soft skills to excel. Essential skills include strong engineering knowledge and project management abilities, while additional skills in specific areas can enhance your effectiveness. Key skills include:

Essential qualifications:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering (diploma or civil engineering)
• 5+ years of professional experience in mechanical engineering
• Proven expertise in machine construction, product development, and structural design
• Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successful project execution
• In-depth knowledge of CE/machine directives and FMEA processes

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience in process plant design or device development
• Proficiency with FEM calculations and tolerance chain analysis
• Familiarity with robust design methodologies
